A proud Hampton Roads resident since childhood, Dean Rolle Jr. has deep roots in the community he serves. After moving to the area at the age of five, Dean went on to graduate from Deep Creek High School and Old Dominion University, building a lifelong connection to the region and its people.Â
Before launching his real estate career, Dean dedicated his professional life to public service — working as a Victim-Witness Advocate with the Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney, a Juvenile Probation Officer with the Department of Juvenile Justice, and a Re-Entry Case Manager with the Virginia Office of the Attorney General. These experiences shaped his strong sense of empathy, integrity, and commitment to helping others — qualities that now define his approach as a REALTOR®.Â
